To expand our team, we are looking for a System Integrator who will work within the Digital Solutions department of a major client in the Defense sector. The selected candidate will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of ICT solutions, both infrastructural and applicative, to support data and service management in logistics, maintenance, and operational areas. Based on the client’s requirements, the candidate will be responsible for proposing technological architectures suitable for the identified solutions, and will follow all subsequent phases of deployment, integration, and configuration of both infrastructure and application components. The role also includes participation in testing, validation, and acceptance activities, ensuring maintenance and technical support during operations. The candidate will also be responsible for the creation and management of technical documentation. Main Responsibilities Analyze business needs and technical/functional requirements Define IT architectures for the development of custom application solutions and/or customization of commercial platforms Deploy, integrate, and configure proposed solutions Carry out testing, validation, and acceptance activities Manage maintenance and technical support during operation Draft and update technical documentation Educational Requirements High school diploma or university degree in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields) Essential Technical Skills Design, implementation, and management of Enterprise IT systems in mixed Microsoft/Linux environments Knowledge of scripting and programming languages ( PowerShell, BASH, .NET, C#, Python, SQL, Node.js, etc.) Experience with virtualization and containerization systems (e.g., VMware, Docker) Skills in networking and network security (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) Experience in deployment, integration, and support of custom or commercial application solutions and databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Soft Skills Autonomy and operational flexibility Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills Problem-solving attitude Teamwork and interpersonal skills Availability for business trips within Italy Additional Details Work mode: full-time, on-site Experience required: at least 3 years in similar roles This position is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006.
