As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into reality, transforming concepts into prototypes and supporting the journey to full‑scale industrialization. If you join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the RD Engineering Team Leader and cooperating with the Project Leader and Test Engineer to create an efficient and effective RD organization. /p h3What will you be responsible for as Design Engineer? /h3 ul liSupport the entire development process—from component design to full machine validation. /li liCreate technical drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing. /li liCollaborate closely with the Project Team, applying your technical leadership to bring innovative technologies from concept to product. /li liFocus on maximizing customer value while minimizing waste. /li liWork alongside the RD Engineering Team Leader, Project Leader, and Test Engineer to ensure efficient and effective project execution. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 ul liA degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. /li li3–5 years of experience in design and process manufacturing, ideally in an industrial design environment. /li liStrong skills in CAD design, mechanical parts calculation, and BOM management. /li liA keen eye for detail and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. /li liA self‑motivated team player who thrives in multidisciplinary environments. /li liYou’re full of energy, eager to collaborate, and ready to bring your technical expertise and fresh ideas to tackle the challenges of product development.
