ART DIRECTOR / AI VISUAL DESIGNER
We are looking for hybrid creative profiles operating between Art Direction, Visual Design, and AI-driven creative production, capable of building strong visual narratives and contributing across both concept and execution.
This is not a traditional visual design role.
We are looking for people with a solid visual foundation and some hands-on experience, interested in understanding how AI is reshaping image-making, storytelling, creative direction, and production processes.
We are open to both emerging and more established profiles, as long as they demonstrate strong creative sensitivity, curiosity toward new technologies, and the ability to work with a certain level of autonomy and initiative.
Our work spans fashion, luxury, and culture across digital campaigns, ecommerce, brand experiences, visual systems, and experimental content production.

Experience using generative AI tools as part of the creative process, from visual exploration and moodboarding to asset generation, iteration and production acceleration.

Strong visual taste and attention to craft, detail, and visual consistency
Multidisciplinary mindset with the ability to move seamlessly from concept to execution
Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-evolving creative environments
Curiosity toward emerging creative technologies and new modes of creative production
AI-native mindset with active use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and similar assistants to accelerate workflows, explore ideas, and unlock new creative possibilities
Hands-on experience with generative models and familiarity with multi-model platforms (Flora, Figma Weave, Higgsfield, ..), custom AI workflows, and orchestration systems such as ComfyUI, n8n, or similar ecosystems for creative automation, experimentation, and scalable content production
Understanding of the strengths, limitations, and practical applications of current AI models in creative work
Workflow design thinking with experience designing, optimizing, or scaling creative and content production pipelines
Customer-facing confidence and experience collaborating directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Ability to facilitate creative workflow workshops, communicate ideas clearly, and build trust with creative and business counterparts
Deep practitioner-level fluency in creative tools and visual production ecosystems including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Cinema 4D, and similar tools
Genuine interest in redefining how creative work is conceived, produced, and scaled through technology and AI integration
What Sets You Apart:
Background in fashion, luxury or editorial projects
Photo editing, compositing, retouching and post-production skills
Cross-disciplinary background extending into UX/UI design projects and digital experience thinking is considered a strong plus
Experience with motion or video generation workflows
Photography, styling or image-making sensitivity
Personal experimental projects or ongoing visual research
Experience working in creative agencies or multidisciplinary studios
