You will purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. You will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. Your responsibilities: - Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions. - Initiate purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures. - Oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolve performance issues. - Identify and qualify new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists. - Align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price. Your background: - A Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar fields. - Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus. - Very Good knowledge of English and Italian, written and spoken, other languages would be considered a plus. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good managerial skills.
