For the Marketing Department of Industrial Business Unit of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for an:
Marketing & Communication Specialist (maternity leave)
The person will manage the following activities:
-Coordinate the presence of the company to tradeshows, conferences and customers’ events
-coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
-manage company and products/services advertising on various media (digital and press channels)
-produce marketing contents for the website
-craft and send regular newsletters with company, products/services updates
-produce event reports and track ROI for marketing campaigns
-manage social media editorial plan and monitor published content
-manage merchandising items and product/business literature (monitor stock, program restock and select new items).
-Coordination of webinars addressed to customers
-Creation and management of purchasing requests and goods/service receipts on the company management software
-Support to the update of marketing budget and spending forecast
-Organize meetings with sales teams and agents
The resource is responsible for the management of the marketing communication using different channels and strategies. The person with this role defines and verifies business and communication strategies, obtains prospects and builds customers loyalty, supervises and plans advertising campaigns.
Requirements of the position:
-Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Marketing and/or Communication
-1/3 years of experience in similar roles, especially experience with marketing campaigns on social media
-Office Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (specifically Word and Powerpoint)
-English Level C1; preferred another European language (German, French, Spanish) B2
-good presentation skills
-good copywriting skills
-good skills in using management software (SAP)

The person will be inserted with a maternity leave contract.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €37.000,00 all'anno
