We are currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive Event Specialist to manage the organization of Odoo Business Shows, Odoo Academy training sessions, trade shows, and other locally-led events in Italy.
As an Event Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our events :
Managing all logistical aspects, including venue booking and contract negotiations
Collaborating closely with sales teams, providing training to prepare them as event presenters
Creating and managing event pages while handling promotions through email marketing and social media
Engaging with sponsors and ensuring strong partnerships for successful events
This position is both creative and rigorous .
You need to think outside the box .
To be successful, you will have solid organizational skills and a good knowledge of our innovative software .
At least 2 years of experience in event management
Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken
Ability to work autonomously but also in a team
Creative
Solution-oriented and strong organizational skills
Ability to adapt easily to a fast-changing environment
Bachelor's degree or higher (ideally in marketing, event, or communication)
Business mindset : attention to detail, curious, rigorous
Experience in webinar and online events organization
Experience using Meta Business Suite
Interest or previous experience in the software-IT industry
