Payment Analyst (f/m/d)
To support our team, we are searching for a Payment Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Analyze transactional data to identify trends, patterns and scenarios related to online payments
2. Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present findings effectively
3. Manage, monitor and control online payments volumes and costs, online payment platforms and systems performances
4. Generate regular reports on payment processing metrics and KPIs as well as ad hoc analysis aimed to support C-Level decisions
5. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for enhancement
6. Assess and mitigate the operational risks, conduct checks on payment integrations, acquirer integration, analyze incidents and solve processing issues
7. Collaborate with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention, Customer Care, Legal etc. to ensure operational excellence is achieved
8. Work with product development teams to implement data-driven improvements
9. Interact with the external financial and payment stakeholders to find business opportunities
10. Manage the relationship with our partners in the Online Payments Industry
WHO YOU ARE
11. Strong analytical and data driven background is required as well as precision and attitude toward problem-solving
12. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI is mandatory
13. Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering is preferred. Economics and Business backgrounds are also welcome
14. Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian
15. 2+ years of experience in a similar position within a structured organization in the e-commerce business, advisory or system integration consultancy will be a plus
16. Understanding of payment processing, acquiring, orchestration platforms, fraud management and antifraud tools is preferred
