You will work on the development and delivery of healthcare and patient pathway improvement projects that help our Life Sciences and Healthcare Clients deeply understand the Patient Experience along all phases of the disease and enable better and faster access to care and correct take in charge by the HC system. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the team with proposal drafting, document preparation, clients' engagement and project management /liliActivate projects, especially Healthcare and patient engagement projects, engaging healthcare stakeholders at Regional, LUHs and Hospital level /liliConduct interviews to General Managers, Chief Medical Officers, Lab Directors, Physicians, Nurses etc. in order to map challenges and improvement opportunities dealing with a given disease, clinical guidelines and real life patient journey /liliMap the Patient Pathway, identifying Healthcare settings and provisions, Patient touchpoints and Clinician unmet needs from this perspective /liliDevelop process improvement recommendations and size their impact, in terms of clinical outcomes, cost of the treatments, social costs,… /liliManage the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops /liliWork independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliManagement Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Economics or Physics degree with strong record of academic achievement /liliAt least 4 years work experience gained with a consulting firm specialized in the Healthcare sector or with a company of the Life Science Sector active in patient engagement initiatives /liliExperience in Healthcare Improvement activities on-the-ground within Italian hospital /liliExperience in business development activities for Life Sciences companies / Healthcare institutions is a relevant preferred requirement /liliStrong analytical skills and preferable experience in business process re-engineering /liliAbility to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations /liliExcellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point /liliProficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) /liliStrong communication skills /liliProven stakeholder management experience /liliExcellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines /liliAbility to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines /liliKeenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve /liliAbility to work as a team leader and as a team member /liliBusiness development /liliProven knowledge and application of one the following is a preferred requirement: /liliImplementation Research Frameworks /liliValue-based Healthcare and Pathway costification /liliHealthcare Lean Management /liliDesign and management of scientific publications /liliConsensus methodologies /liliHTA assessment of Organizational, Social and Economic dominos /li /ulpIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
