The Role: Receptionist
As our Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of GA-Alliance, managing the front-of-house operations with excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and warm manner.
* Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, etc.).
* Scheduling & Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments and reservations as needed.
* Office Support: Maintain the tidiness and professionalism of the reception and common areas. Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
* Security & Protocol: Ensure all visitor protocols are followed, issuing visitor passes and maintaining security awareness at the front desk.
Qualifications & Skills
What you bring to the team:
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
* Exceptional professional presentation and demeanor.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Italian and English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a strong plus).
* Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive, helpful, and client-focused attitude.
