Job Description :
We are looking for a Content Specialist Community Manager for our office in Milan.
Key Responsibilities :
* Assisting with the scheduling and publishing of content across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
* Daily monitoring of online interactions and conversations related to the managed brands.
* Moderating comments and managing messages in alignment with each client's tone of voice.
* Supporting the preparation of regular performance reports for social media content.
Requirements :
* Genuine interest in digital communication and social media.
* Attention to detail, proactivity, and a collaborative attitude.
* Familiarity with main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn; knowledge of YouTube is a plus).
* Academic background in communication, marketing, or related fields.
