Job Description : Overview The Director of IT is responsible for ensuring compliance within the hotel's Information Technology and Audio Visual environments. This includes adherence to Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, local data regulations, network security standards, end-of-life management, project management, budget planning, and compliance with the MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines. The role also involves managing external and internal audits and routine tasks. The Director of IT acts as the primary technical liaison between hotel operations and the corporate functions of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. This role is generally separate from the hotel's IT support team and is available on weekdays for escalation, colleague engagement, and critical corporate IT tasks.
