Centrufficio S.p.A., a historic Milanese company specialized in manufacturing, designing, and selling office furniture, is seeking a Business Development Assistant for its Genoa office. The role involves supporting the sales team in managing and developing new business opportunities. The candidate will assist sales representatives in client management and promoting products and services to businesses, institutions, and public administrations. The position reports to a manager responsible for overseeing a team of assistants across various branches in Italy.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop the customer portfolio, including active calls;
2. Manage contacts with prospects and loyal clients directly;
3. Organize schedules and commercial appointments;
4. Follow up on quotes and update the company's CRM;
5. Send company presentations, email marketing campaigns, personalized emails, and marketing materials.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (telemarketing, inside sales, customer care, outbound calls);
* Excellent knowledge of Office, email, and internet;
* High school diploma;
* Knowledge of CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing) is preferred.
