* As a Station Manager Springer (M / F / d),
* you will be an expert in all aspects of our camper rental stations and support during busy periods, vacations, or in case of illness.
* What does that entail?
* You will manage station operations, ensuring smooth daily activities while following FreewayCamper guidelines.
* You will create staffing schedules based on bookings and motivate your team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge.
* You will prepare campers for upcoming bookings, including document checks, cleaning, and equipping with standard and optional accessories (like bike racks and pet packages).
* You will greet customers, provide vehicle introductions, and ensure an excellent customer experience, helping our customers start their holidays with a smile.
* You will oversee the fleet on-site: managing damages, conducting technical checks, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ordering spare parts, and supporting vehicle sales.
Please note: You will travel and work for 2 weeks at one of our stations in Germany, followed by 1 week at home. Travel and hotel costs are covered by FreewayCamper.
* Your background
We value your enjoyment and experience in customer service. Working at our station also requires:
* You have completed training or studies in transportation, logistics, quality management, automotive, tourism, business administration, or similar (career changers are welcome).
* You have a passion for service and customer satisfaction.
* You remain calm under pressure, are solution-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
* You are flexible, creative, and have a hands-on approach.
* Adherence to quality standards is natural for you.
* You are willing to work on weekends and holidays.
* You hold a driver's license class B and are willing to travel.
* You are fluent in English or German.
* Additional compensation is provided for work on Sundays and holidays.
