HR Analytics
Manage HR reporting concepts and global HR KPIsPrepare regular and ad‐hoc reports and analytics for management and key stakeholdersSupport data quality enhancements and system auditsInterpret HR data and provide insights to support decision‐making
YOUR PROFILEEducation & Background
Completed commercial college education or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total RewardsStrong understanding of compensation, benefits, and compliance‐related topicsExperience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage
Skills
Excellent English skills (written & spoken)Excellent Excel and IT knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plusHigh attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
