As
CEO Assistant
, you will be the right hand of the CEO, ensuring that strategic priorities, operations, and communications run smoothly.
You'll work side by side with executive leadership, supporting both the day-to-day and the long-term vision of Involve Space as it expands in Europe and the United States.
Please note that this is an internship with a view to permanent future employment.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's agenda, priorities, and travel logistics (including international missions and institutional delegations)
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper follow-up and execution
Prepare briefings, reports, and supporting documents for executive meetings and presentations
Support investor relations and fundraising activities with research and document drafting
Liaise with institutional, industrial, and media stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Oversee confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Help coordinate flagship initiatives such as LarioSpace and international launches
Act as a central hub between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
Must Have
Bachelor Degree or Higher
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities under time pressure
Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian and English
Proficiency in MS Office suite and digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms, etc.)
Proactivity, flexibility, and a strong problem-solving attitude
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
A genuine interest in aerospace, technology, and innovation
Nice to have
Previous exposure to the aerospace, tech, or innovation sectors
Experience in investor relations, fundraising, or board reporting
Additional languages
Event organization skills (corporate, institutional, or industry events)
Ability to draft and review contracts, agreements, or policy documents
Design or data visualization basics (Canva, Figma, Power BI, etc.)
