This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the definition and execution of strategic M&A; initiatives, with a strong focus on technology and digital transformation.

You will work on complex transactions, supporting Private Equity funds, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs throughout the entire transaction lifecycle: from due diligence, to deal execution and post‑merger integration activities.

Your Role & Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Development
\n
Develop, lead and motivate our Technology M&A; team in Italy
\n
Foster professional growth by promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability
\n
Business Development & Market Presence
\n
Lead business development activities in the Italian market, from opportunity origination to deal closure
\n
Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with Private Equity firms, corporates, and entrepreneurs
\n
Contribute to positioning the team as a reference point in the Technology M&A; market
\n
Project & Client Management
\n
Take end‑to‑end responsibility for project management, including planning, delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
\n
Work closely with key stakeholders, including C‑level clients, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
\n
Ensure delivery excellence across all phases of the transaction
\n
Collaboration & Growth
\n
Actively collaborate with the global team to further strengthen the firm’s presence and footprint in the Italian market
\n
Contribute to the development of the offering and the overall growth of the Technology M&A; practice
\n
Background & Experience
\n
Master’s degree or equivalent, with a strong academic track record
\n
10–15 years of experience in M&A;, with a strong technology focus
\n
Solid experience in Technology Due Diligence, IT carve‑outs, and/or Post‑Merger Integration (IT and Operations experience is considered a plus)
\n
Professional Skills
\n
Proven ability to provide strategic advisory services to C‑level stakeholders
\n
Strong track record in business development and supporting organizational growth
\n
Deep knowledge of the market and key players, with established and ongoing relationships
\n
Strong execution mindset and results orientation
\n
