Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full lifecycle of the equipment.brPromote spare parts, maintenance requirements, upgrades, and service agreements.brCoordinate, prepare, and ensure that all tools, parts and service equipment are maintained and available for service activities at the appropriate level of quality required by IPCO.brPromptly prepare service reports with suitable advices to be sent to the customer.brApply safety rules and practices as well as environmental responsibilities.brAct in accordance to IPCO’s Code of Conduct. Report unsafe practices and incidents.brstrongRequirementsbr/strongTechnical diploma or similar.brMin. 1-3 years of industrial or service experience.brExperience in TIG welding.
