The Marketing Team of Rome Business School is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media and Communication Specialist to assist in the daily communication activities of our organic social media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including strategic editorial plan development and implementation, content creation (photo/video, copywriting), coordination of digital agencies, monitoring, reporting, competitors benchmarking and community management.
The person will have a keen eye for design and visuals in the form of images, infographics, corporate videos, together with the ability to use the correct tone of voice in each content distributed (not only social media). Creation of branding materials/graphics, creating/editing texts/graphics/videos for events and communication activities like blog news and newsletters will be part of the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social media platform organic management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X)
2. Creation and implementation of Social Media Editorial Plans
3. Creation of compelling content across different channels (creating/editing texts, graphics and videos)
4. Events coverage with production of interviews, photos, videos for communication usage
5. Community management, engaging with customers on different channels
6. Coordination of social media agencies
7. Competitors benchmarking
8. Define KPIs, analyze data, produce reporting
9. Use tools like: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, CapCut, WordPress
10. Writing of Blog news, website and comms materials contents
11. Management of Mailing Tools for newsletter production and sending
Requisitos
What we would like to see in your CV?
12. Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism
13. Idioms: Knowledge of C1 English, mother tongue Italian
14. Tools: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, CapCut
15. 3+ years of: experience in social media management, strategy, trends to engage and higher RBS social media metrics. Management of social media agency and creation, editing and publishing of social media post/reels/stories. Able to generate video content: filming and editing video content generated on campus, both vertical and horizontal, for social media usage
