He Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, developing campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and developing lead generation programs for the Corporate in Italian Legal Market. Ultimately, you will be responsible for knowing the market and our customers, and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver on our business goals. Duties And Responsibilities Own and execute a marketing plan for achieving defined lead generation & customer retention targets for our products in Italian Legal Market. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns (acquisition, nurturing, retention, loyalty) Generate qualified leads through a mix of marketing channels and tactics to fill the top of the sales funnel, including but not limited to events/webinars, sponsorships, PR/outreach, telemarketing, email marketing, SEA, etc… Work with digital and central marketing services team to develop relevant brand-aligned content and campaign assets for online/offline promotions (ie. articles, whitepapers, emails, landing pages, social media posts, ads, etc) Set, allocate and monitor budget spending across all channels Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency, compare against KPIs, optimize MROI Review progress with management, make adjustments to plans as necessary, maintain overview of lead activity and scoring Identify & work with customers to develop testimonials, case studies and references, and amplify the « voice of the customer » in the market Provide needed market and product information to support centralized marketing programs (ie. SEM, SEO, CRO, PR/Comms) as required Contribute to market research as required Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams Prepare all documentation to support the sales networks Job Qualifications Competencies Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns Proficiency in MS Office (in particular excel) Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Experience with running integrated marketing campaigns using channels like social media (paid & organic), email, display, referral Strong organization and prioritization skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative, international environment Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills Good knowledge of English (written, spoken) Expérience with CRM or similar tool Education & Experience Education Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Jurisprudence or relevant field Experience At least 4 years of experience in the rôle in similar business contexts Our Interview Practices To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
