Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries related to telecommunications products' services' and technical support via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information about services' plans' and troubleshooting procedures. - Assist customers with account management' bill inquiries' and service changes. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for monitoring and follow-up. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance service delivery. - Stay informed about the latest telecommunications trends and company updates to provide relevant assistance.
