Junior Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d)
Main activities
Within the Accounting Consolidation area, you will be responsible for recording and controlling invoices receivable and payable, and supporting the consolidation activities of the group financial statements. Your main tasks will include:
Analytical accounting of costs by cost center
Managing relationships with managers of foreign branches
Coordination of external tax and accounting consultants
Closing local ledgers in collaboration with an external consultant
Supporting group consolidation (e.g., EU reclassification of OIC financial statements)
Assisting in the preparation of statutory documents (e.g., Note to the Financial Statement and Management Report)
Required profile
GRUBER Logistics values employees who are reliable, autonomous, and team-oriented. To be a suitable candidate for the Junior Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d) role, you should meet the following requirements:
Accounting degree or higher degree with a business focus
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proactive and effective communication skills
Good command of the English language
Knowledge of German (preferred)
