Create, manage, and optimize digital content for the company website and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), ensuring consistent messaging, engaging storytelling, and adherence to SEO and brand guidelines. This includes content creation, localization, and regular updates to reflect ongoing marketing initiatives. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product managers and sales to develop promotional assets and integrated campaigns that support business development, including visuals, videos, brochures, and campaign messaging tailored to both Carrier and Enterprise audiences. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), providing actionable recommendations to improve future marketing efforts and drive measurable business impact. Coordinate with internal media teams and external agencies for content production or adaptation when needed, and contribute to the planning and promotion of marketing-related events such as product launches, webinars, and roadshows. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Political Science/International Relations, Marketing, Visual Design, Business Administration or related field. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, Italian and Chinese are a must). Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Work Style: Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability under pressure, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
