For more information on Hill, please visit our website at /ppReport to JPT construction manager, the FMWR Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the fabrication, assembly, modification, and commissioning of fast moving work-over rigs. This role ensures the rigs are built or refurbished to meet project timelines, technical specifications, safety standards, and operational readiness for well servicing and intervention activities, tasks detailed as follows. /ppstrongProject Construction Oversight /strong /pulliSupervise all stages of FMWR construction or refurbishment, including structural, mechanical, and electrical assembly. /liliEnsure construction follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. /liliCoordinate daily activities of subcontractors, rig builders, welders, electricians, and service providers on site. /li /ulpQuality Technical Compliance /pulliEnsure construction activities comply with relevant industry codes (e.g., API 4F, 7K, 8C), company specifications, and project QA/QC plans. /liliParticipate in inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and pre-commissioning activities. /liliEnsure all rig equipment such as mast, substructure, drawworks, BOP systems, and power packages are properly installed, aligned, and tested. /li /ulpConstruction Scheduling Reporting /pulliMonitor work schedules, productivity, and manpower allocation to meet construction milestones. /liliPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports. /liliInterface with procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and avoid delays. /li /ulpHSE Management /pulliEnforce strict implementation of HSE procedures and site safety plans during construction. /liliConduct safety walk-downs, toolbox talks, and participate in incident investigations. /liliEnsure all lifting, welding, electrical, and commissioning activities are performed safely and with proper permits. /li /ulpRig Move Commissioning Support /pulliSupport rig move and mobilization activities from the yard to the field. /liliCoordinate rig-up and commissioning of systems at the well site to ensure the rig is fully operational. /liliHandover completed rigs to Drilling or Workover Operations after inspection and readiness certification. /liliStrong understanding of FMWR design, construction, and field deployment /liliAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and rig layout schematics /liliExcellent leadership and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams /liliWorking knowledge of construction standards, inspection procedures, and project controls /liliStrong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery /li /ulpbrstrongQualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: /strong /pulliBachelor Degree from an accredited university. /liliWork experience of 8+years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree. /liliCandidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects. /liliExcellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
