Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque. /p /ppPosition Overview /ppAs Sales and Distribution Manager IVL, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Shockwave Medical in Italy. This position will primarily focus on managing relationships with distributors in the central and southern regions, ensuring effective marketing and education initiatives, and fostering Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships. /p /ppKey Responsibilities /pullipDistributor Management: Oversee and enhance relationships with distributors across Central and Southern Italy to ensure optimal performance, aligned with business objectives. /p /lilipSales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals in your assigned territory. /p /lilipKOL Engagement: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in your assigned territory and throughout the country. /p /lilipPromotional Activities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to relevant hospital personnel and physicians. /p /lilipProduct Introduction: Support distributors and customers in the introduction of new products and facilitate the replacement or conversion to the latest available versions of Shockwave products. /p /lilipCustomer Needs Assessment: Meet with various hospital stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and product usage. /p /lilipTraining and Education: Conduct distributor product and clinical training and educational events with customers to ensure proper implementation and understanding of Shockwave products. /p /lilipQuarterly Forecasting: Provide quarterly forecasts for each distributor to align sales expectations and strategic planning. /p /lilipCollaboration: Work collaboratively with Distributors, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other business units to exploit selling opportunities and engage with potential clients. /p /lilipCompliance and Ethics: Uphold company standards of ethical behavior and professionalism while representing the organization. /p /lilipCorporate Compliance: Adhere to all corporate compliance, medical device standards, and ethical regulations. /p /li /ulpQualifications /pullipBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred. /p /lilipA minimum of 10 years of successful business development experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Interventional Cardiology. /p /lilipStrong comprehension of MedTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes. /p /lilipExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization. /p /lilipNative Italian speaker with fluency in English. /p /lilipStrategic thinker with proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive business strategies. /p /lilipProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets quarterly and annually. /p /lilipStrong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /p /lilipMust possess a valid driving license and be able to travel frequently. /p /lilipAdaptable to both teamwork and independent work dynamics, demonstrating flexibility in response to changing requirements /p /li /ulh3Summary /h3ulliLocation: Pomezia, Roma, Italy /liliType: Full time /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
