Your missions
* Collect and analyze business requirements, creating clear and complete functional documentation.
* Develop Java applications following best practices and specifications.
* Work closely with internal technical teams and international stakeholders.
* Support design, testing, and deployment activities.
* Ensure project objectives, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
* Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Your profile
* 2–3 years of experience as a Java Developer.
* Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
* Excellent English and good Italian communication skills.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks.
