Senior Systems Engineer – TOV & C‑Ball ValvesIf you are a Senior Systems Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to lead systems engineering activities for TOV and C‑Ball valves across the full product lifecycle, including New Product Development (NPD), NTD, Configuration Management and Sustaining.Based in Lugagnano Val d’Arda, Italy, you will report to the Engineering Director and collaborate with Product Leadership, Program Management, Mechanical Design, Materials, and Test & Validation teams, as well as colleagues across Europe to drive high‑quality, innovative product solutions.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide technical ownership of programs and serve as the primary technical interface.Translate customer and business needs into system requirements, architectures, and structured engineering plans (BPRS, SyRS, PBS, WBS, SEMP).Lead MBSE-driven system design, concept evaluation, and architecture selection aligned with product engineering resources, set project goals, and ensure progress toward program milestones.Oversee system architecture, interfaces, requirements flow‑down, and verification/validation across all NPD phases.Ensure adherence to product development processes, including technical reviews and compliance with program status, risks, and technical updates to leadership and stakeholders.Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and customers to support technical evaluations and solution development.Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.Support cross‑functional activities such as audits, workshops, manufacturing support, and creation of product You Are:You analyze information thoughtfully, communicate with clarity, and adapt quickly when conditions change.
