Direttore di Farmacia – Provincia di Treviso (Zona Sud)
Posizione di leadership in un gruppo di farmacie presente in sei regioni del nord Italia. Il ruolo si concentra su piani di marketing, operativi e di sviluppo del team, e sulla gestione delle relazioni sanitari.
Responsibilities
* Planning, organization and coordination of pharmacy activities in alignment with corporate direction.
* Support and application of marketing strategies in collaboration with corporate direction (category management, assortment choices, pricing and promotion policies, exposure management).
* Development and monitoring of the operational plan to achieve corporate objectives (economic, organizational, quality service) through effective team management.
* Economic performance analysis and control.
* Consolidation and development of the “service pharmacy” as a reference point for the territory.
* Management of relationships with local health and institutional stakeholders.
* Staff management, ensuring effective support, including training and development, operating in collaboration with other involved functions, fostering synergy and productive information exchange.
* Supervision of correct application of dedicated regulations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s in Pharmacy / CTF and licensure to the pharmacist profession (state exam and professional register).
* Knowledge of legal provisions on pharmacy opening and management, drug and para‑drug sale and storage, and relationship with the SSN.
* Market and territory dynamics understanding.
* Technical and IT tool proficiency (Office, pharmacy management systems).
* Relational skills: internal and external relationship management, leadership, objection / conflict handling, team management.
Work organization skills, autonomy and efficiency in executing tasks assigned, and responsibility in terms of results.
* Proactive spirit and problem‑solving initiative.
* Orientation to quality services.
