Job Description
The Business Unit Manager for the Juice & Fruit category is responsible for leading the development of the product portfolio by translating customer needs and market insights into distinctive, well-positioned solutions. This involves analyzing market trends, segmenting target markets, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of R&D and product development processes, as well as solid knowledge of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer segmentation.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation within the Juice & Fruit product line.
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
* Collaborate with key clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
* Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure business objectives are met.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or technical-commercial roles.
* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM and project management tools.
