This is an exciting opportunity to lead regional marketing initiatives across a full portfolio of innovative products, driving strategy, launches, and customer engagement. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and clinical expertise, contributing directly to the growth and adoption of cutting‑edge cardiac ablation solutions in a fast‑evolving market. /p pThe role is Italy‑based and reports to the WE CAS Marketing Director, with close collaboration across the Italy Operating Unit. You will partner daily with the Italy OU Business Leader, sales managers, sales representatives, technical consultants, and European marketing, product, TE, and clinical teams. The position involves regional travel (30‑50%) to support customer engagements, product launches, and local congresses and events, offering strong exposure to both internal stakeholders and key customers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive flawless product launches execution and product adoption in Italy. /li liEngage daily with the sales force and sales leadership teams to effectively drive the growth and adoption of our products in the Italian market. /li liDevelop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, ensure tracking of initiatives to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future campaigns. /li liEngage the clinical and medical scientist team to drive the execution of clinical initiatives at local level through the technical and sales team. /li liProvide support to regional sales team on best practices, therapy/product expertise, clinical data in customer visits and local events. /li liEngage and build relationships with main customers and key opinion leaders in Italy, share gained customer insights with broader teams. /li liGather and analyze competitive information to develop new initiatives as needed.
