For our new climbing hall in the city center of Bolzano (Waltherpark) we are looking for a receptionist from October onwards.As the first point of contact for our climbers and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to front desk duties, you will contribute in case of need to the maintenance of the facility and assist in setting and maintaining climbing routes, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all guests. Tasks & responsibilities-Be the first contact person for clients, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression-Sell climbing hall tickets to the clients and manage cash desk-Provide information regarding gym services, classes, events, and policies-Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception and climbing gym area-In case of need & capabilities support the route setting as well as some facility related topics (maintenance activities or malfunctions, safety inspections, etc.) Profile-Previous experience in customer service or reception roles-Very good German & Italian skills, good English skills-First experience in climbing is considered a plus-Strong communication skills, customer oriented attitude Workplace: Bolzano, ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
