Independent Sales Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Italian market.
Sales Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including bike shops, distributors, and OEM partners.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Italy.
* Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors as needed.
* Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers or hand over to HQ.
* Provide market feedback to support product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the bicycle industry, preferably in the Italian market.
* A strong network of contacts within the bike retail and distribution sector or other industries.
* The ability to work independently and motivate oneself.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in Italian and working proficiency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
* An interest in cycling and bicycle security solutions is desirable.
