Job Description
Max Mara Group is seeking selected candidates eager to pursue an international professional path to develop competencies and skills, and to start a managerial career within our companies.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
* A high-level post-graduate degree in economics, business, management, or equivalent
* At least one year of international experience through studies or internships
* Up to one year of professional experience
* Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional foreign language
* High motivation and keen interest in the fashion industry
* Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
* Target-oriented mindset
* Negotiation, marketing, and effective communication skills
