Job Description The HR Specialist is responsible for managing activities related to employment relationships from a contractual and remuneration perspective, from hiring to termination, ensuring the correct management of company employees in compliance with legal obligations (contributions, insurance, taxes, administrative) and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders. Main objectives include: Executing administrative duties related to personnel management, respecting legal regulations, agreements, and company procedures. Ensuring payroll processing for various contractual forms, providing advice on the correct application of current regulations for different category contracts. Qualifications Prepares and manages all documentation related to employment relationships (hiring, transformation, termination). Performs formal communications as mandated by current legislation. Processes payroll, including issuing pay slips and calculating related tax payments. Responds to administrative requests from management or staff by accessing recorded information. Verifies employee working hours, manages holidays, overtime, according to company rules, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and employment contracts. Additional Information - Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Labour Relations or equivalent. - Up to 1 year of experience or participation in professional courses in payroll/human resources administration (plus). - Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. - Good organizational skills and accuracy. - Knowledge of English (B1 level).
