We are seeking candidates for a client company in the territory, specialized in designing and supplying industrial equipment for the earth-moving sector: The selected candidate will report directly to management and coordinate activities within the production warehouse, specifically responsible for: Coordinating shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timely management of products; Establishing operational priorities (timelines and methods) based on client requests; Managing daily/weekly activity planning; Analyzing critical issues and proposing technical/organizational solutions to the Operations Director; Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety and health at work; Collaborating on practical operational activities when necessary. Ideal candidate requirements include: Previous experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the earth-moving sector; Strong leadership skills and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and organize work; Ability to manage priorities and problem-solving skills; Possession of certification for safe forklift operation; Permanent employment contract with a salary aligned with seniority, according to the metalworking collective bargaining agreement, with 13 monthly payments; Full-time work: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-17:30; Work location: Lugo (RA).
