In this role you lead the AI-first software factory within Generali Core Tech to design, build and govern AI-enabled software delivery. You will drive the transformation of software production, blending AI with human validation to improve efficiency, scalability and quality. You’ll mentor a team of developers and AI engineers, align with enterprise architecture and security standards, and push innovative AI practices across the organization. Design and implement the AI-first Software Factory and an AI-driven development model Define operating model, workflows and governance Integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle Provide hands‑on technical leadership and mentoring while ensuring alignment with architecture and security Advance AI engineering and innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and best practices for human–AI collaboration Optimize software delivery processes for cost efficiency, scalability and quality, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support AI-driven transformation initiatives Responsabilità

Strong software engineering and system architecture background Experience with modern frameworks and cloud environments Experience with AI coding tools and DevOps practices Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals Strong technical leadership with problem‑solving and innovative mindset 7‑10+ years in software development Experience scaling development teams or factories Exposure to AI-driven development is a plus Ability to combine AI and human capabilities with hands‑on execution and forward‑looking AI industrialization of software processes
