Support monitoring of business applications across the Group to ensure alignment with the Global framework, standards and requirementsSupport implementation and roll‐out of projects within your area of competence, ensuring delivery on time and within budgetSupport the lifecycle management of business applications (configuration, development, maintenance) to continuously improve business operationsCollect and analyze business requirements to assess enhancement requests and new software needsSupport business users in requirements/process documentation and in application testing activitiesPropose solutions that meet business requirements while respecting guidelines, constraints and standardsDraft functional and technical documentation to ensure compliance with Company and Quality standardsCollaborate with the Support & Service team to solve business‐specific issues and contribute to department/company KPIsReview KPIs related to application support (issues, volumes, usage, service levels, customer satisfaction) and identify improvement opportunitiesAttend internal/external workshops and events to stay updated and propose innovative solutionsDeliver training to business users to ensure applications are properly used and runPropose enhancements to improve team performance and introduce innovations in ways of working
Qualifications And Need‐to‐know
