Your Role• Sourcing of candidates for all of our open roles worldwide (focus on Europe)• Presenting candidates for the selection process with the client• Efficiently identify which candidate matches which roles and able to sell the right role to the right candidate• Utilize your own sourcing channels and network as baseline to source• Participate in weekly coordination and best practice exchange meetings with the rest of the TeamYour Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a freelance setting• No need for sourcing training – you already know how to find and engage candidates• Proven ability to source candidates independently using your own tools and channels(LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, niche communities, databases, referrals, etc.)• Multilingual skills (Italy and English)• Interested to work on a commission-based model per hireThe Offer• Excellent commission fee for each candidate you source and send us that is validated and hired• Ability to work from anywhere• Completely flexible working hours according to your needs• Potential to combine this with other tasks- we don't care as long as you deliver• Be part of a multicultural and multilingual Team with awesome interactions every week• Career progression opportunities as the company growsNote: Only candidates who pass the selection process will be contacted.
