Would you like to gain full project exposure — from first customer contact to product delivery? /ppbYOUR MISSION /b /pulliIn this exciting opportunity, you report directly to the Head of Market Unit Assiwell, an international department of Angst+Pfister /liliSupport acquisition of new customers and projects in core target industries, particularly in Italy, by analyzing customer needs, processes and applications, and contributing to customer development plans. /liliAssist in preparing customer visits, follow-ups, and building your own professional network; help maintain and expand relationships, including at C-level with managerial support. /liliManage the sales funnel: from initial contact, RFQ handling, preparation, order confirmation, serial delivery, with appropriate support and oversight. /liliVerify and document customer specifications and technological requirements; assist in designing tailor-made solutions that match customer needs with our technical capabilities. /liliSupport internal teams (e.g. procurement, production, quality, sales) by providing technical clarifications, cost-structure insights, and offer analysis; help drive continuous improvement to reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize processes. /liliLiaise and align with central/shared functions across the Assiwell Business Unit and Group organization, ensuring consistency in strategy, quality, reporting and communication; help facilitate internal coordination and knowledge sharing. /li /ulpbYOUR PROFILE /b /pulliEngineering or technical degree (engineering, materials, manufacturing, mechanical, or related) /lili1–3 years of early-career experience in an industrial field /liliInitial exposure to project work or customer-facing technical tasks /liliInterest in metal / stainless-steel manufacturing processes /liliComfortable working in international and cross-functional environments /liliDriving license and willingness to conduct weekly customer visits /liliAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills /liliService- and customer-oriented mindset /liliStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills /liliFluent in English; proficiency in Italian /liliReliable, self-driven, positive, energetic, and willing to go the “extra mile” /li /ulpbANGST+PFISTER DNA /b /ppThe Angst+Pfister Group has been a leading development and production partner for industrial components for over 100 years.
