Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Store Operations & Order Fulfillment Support team member to join our Outlet Leccio location on a one‑month temporary assignment. The role supports daily store operations, back‑of‑house efficiency, and online/remote order fulfillment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations Support- Assist with daily store opening and closing routines.- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and replenishment standards.- Support stockroom organization, product tagging, and inventory movements.- Ensure products are neatly displayed, correctly priced, and easily accessible.- Assist with basic customer inquiries and direct customers to appropriate staff when needed.Order Fulfillment & Back‑of‑House- Process online, remote, and store‑pickup orders efficiently and accurately.- Prepare, pack, and stage orders following brand guidelines and quality standards.- Coordinate with sales associates and store management on pending or priority orders.- Update order tracking systems and ensure timely communication for dispatch.- Manage returns, exchanges, or damaged goods according to operational procedures.Inventory & Stock Management- Support cycle counts and stock-taking activities.- Assist with inbound and outbound stock processing (receiving, sorting, tagging, shelving).- Monitor stock discrepancies and report issues to the Store Manager.- Ensure stockroom safety, cleanliness, and space optimization.Customer Service Support- Assist during peak store hours with queue management and basic customer service.- Handle simple customer requests such as locating items or reserving products.- Uphold high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills- Prior experience in retail operations, warehouse/stock support, or order fulfillment preferred.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and data.- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, order management tools).- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to lift, move, and handle stock as required (up to 15–20 kg).Key Competencies- Reliability and punctuality- Adaptability and quick learning- Process and quality orientation- Customer-centric mindset- Team collaborationWork Schedule- 20 hours per week, aligned with store operations.Contract Duration- 1 Month, with potential extension based on business needs and performance.
