Hardware Engineer
\n
We are looking for a curious, hands-on and technically driven person, proactive and result-oriented, to join our R&D; team as Hardware Engineer.
\n
What you will doDesign embedded electronic architectures for the control of electric pumps, including fixed-speed (ON/OFF via Triac relay or contactor) and variable-speed solutions using Field Oriented Control (FOC) for asynchronous and synchronous brushless motors.
\n
Develop firmware for microcontrollers and manage their peripherals.
\n
Design power electronics circuits with supply voltages up to 600 Vac and implement power switching and modulation systems.
\n
Integrate and manage a wide range of sensors (current, voltage, temperature, acceleration, pressure, flow, etc.).
\n
Develop HMI interfaces (keypads, displays) and implement wired and wireless communication protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, CAN bus, Mod Bus, BACnet, Wi-Fi, Zig Bee.
\n
Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to ensure proper electromechanical integration.
\n
Perform laboratory testing, measurements, and validation of prototypes.
\n
Support EMC compliance and certification activities according to IEC/EN standards.WHO you areMaster's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
\n
Strong knowledge of general electronics and power circuit design.
\n
Understanding of power switching and modulation systems.
\n
Experience with microcontrollers and embedded peripherals; ability to design MCU-based architectures.
\n
Proficiency with electronic CAD tools for schematic design and PCB layout (Or CAD preferred).
\n
Basic familiarity with 3 D mechanical CAD (e.g., Creo) to support collaboration with mechanical teams.
\n
Knowledge of EMC principles and IEC/EN regulatory requirements; RF experience is a plus.
\n
Hands-on experience with electrical/electronic measurements and laboratory instrumentation.
\n
Good programming skills in C; knowledge of C++ preferred.
\n
Previous experience in R&D; electronic circuit design is appreciated.
\n
Ability to work towards objectives and finalize tasks independently.
\n
Strong teamwork skills and familiarity with structured New Product Development processes.
\n
Good command of English.
\n
