Who are you?
We are looking for a talented Content Delivery Associate who will support the delivery of content production services within the Italian market for our client within the pharmaceutical industry based at their offices in Milan. The role will be aligned to deliver on our client’s omnichannel strategy, focusing on digital and print asset adaptation and refresh.
The Content Delivery Associate will understand the business and customer experience goals, and will work closely with, preferred production suppliers, internal creative design and cross-functional teams globally to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets. You will also maintain a working knowledge of brand content strategies and be able to activate various partners to deliver content as needed.
Job Description:
* Alongside the Content Delivery Manager (CDM), collaborate directly with local marketing company brand leadership to drive full adoption of services and capabilities and ensure the delivery of agreed content types, volumes, and savings.
* Triage all new requests from the local market and assign them to the appropriate resource within the offshore team using a dedicated Jira-based tool, in partnership with the CDM.
* Ensure that quality and timelines for content delivery are agreed upon and maintained with their markets, while fostering an open dialogue on the feedback of services.
* Engage collaboratively with the global omnichannel delivery team, marketing company stakeholders, relevant market innovation and business excellence teams, and preferred partner suppliers.
* Lead complex internal projects as project manager, serving as the link between the local requester, onshore studio team and offshore team members/developers.
* Work with the market to ensure all necessary communications and change management activities are delivered for new content solutions.
* Drive efforts to prioritize work and establish delivery schedules that meet client needs and team capacity.
* Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures, and operational frameworks, ensuring compliance with Code of Conduct policies and procedures.
* Leverage reporting and utilization metrics to communicate overall adoption of production services and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
* Supports the CDM in the identification of potential new production capabilities to support operational/value expansion and proactively shares them with colleagues and leadership
* Participate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements
Ideal Profile:
Should possess 3-5 years’ experience, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience
* Educated to degree level with a Bachelor's degree related to design, communication or marketing discipline, alternatively in the areas of computer science or information systems
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills
* Understanding of the design, web development and print production processes
* Demonstrates leadership skills and high cultural awareness
* Proven track record working cross functionally with high level of commitment and follow through
* Have a detail-oriented mind, be well-organized, and be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail
* Program management experience including risk mitigation & planning associated with operational or technical delivery
* Supplier management and financial performance experience
* Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira
* Experience of working within the pharma or healthcare industry would be an advantage
* Candidate must reside in Milan as you will be required to be onsite in the client’s offices
* Italian native language with business level written and verbal English
* Some international travel may be required as part of this role
