You will support the Manger on the analysis of the monthly / quarterly / annually financial reports of the Country Group South East Europe (“CG SEE”), verifying with management and controllers the reasons for deviations from budget and forecast. In this role you will : ensure the smoothness of monthly reporting process with plant controllers ensure operationally the annual budgeting process for CG SEE (i.e. preparation of instructions, collection and analysis of prepared data and consolidation analysis) support the Controlling Manager in the “Integrated Business Plan” process conduct Costing Analysis to verify the appropriateness of data in the system among all country group plants support the Controlling Manager on monitoring financial performances of CG SEE, interacting with management, plant controllers and EU controlling team Qualifications To be successful in this role you are proactive and curious; you have a degree in Management / Economics and you are proficient in English. A solid 2 years experience in the Controlling team of a modern company is a must : you will need excellent skills in financial performance analysis and in industrial controlling, reporting, operational budgeting and budgeting techniques to be effective in our team. Having a sound knowledge of the main costing techniques, experience in General Ledger and Inventory Accounting, being able to analyze variances related to Volume / Price / Mix are all key skills you will need.
