We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People & Organization team.
How you make the difference
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals.
How your agenda looks like:
* Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O teams;
* Partner closely with P&O Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;
* Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
* Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire;
* Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
Your team:
You’ll directly report to our P&O Director International & Global Functions.
The role doesn’t include direct reports.
What makes you a great fit:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;
* Work Experience: 5 years' experience in the role within an international context;
* Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.
