As a Legal Specialist you will support the Legal team on the core day-by-day activities and you will be responsible for handling claims with the internal and external stakeholders, offering the best solution in a timely manner.
\n
support the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of domestic and international contracts;
\n
manage corporate secretarial matters, including the proper maintenance of statutory corporate books and records;
\n
ensure ongoing regulatory and compliance alignment, in line with Italian and European legislation;
\n
coordinate with the various functions for legal issues in the business environment.
\n
2–3 years of professional experience in a law firm practicing civil law and/or in the legal departments of structured companies;
\n
~ a law degree and completed forensic practice in the civil law field (bar admission will be considered a preferred qualification);
\n
~ solid experience in contract drafting/negotiation and litigation/claims management
\n
~ the ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English;
\n
~ ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through even working on a wide range of projects;
\n
~ a good knowledge and use of MS Office
