Ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Professional willing to join our Supply Chain Team, with a motivation to work within an international and challenging environment. /p pYou will be part of the Procurement Department and you will manage the activities related to the procurement process, monitoring and sourcing of suppliers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to draft the project Vendor List agreed upon with the Project Engineering, Total Quality and Local Procurement Manager; /li liReceive the Purchase Request with Drawings/DB/Technical Specifications and analyze the technical contents; /li liAnalyze the material/activity to buy in alignment to the Procurement Plan and the contract terms to cascade; /li liIn accordance with Local Procurement Manager he/she will select Suppliers to be involved through the contract Vendor List, and/or adding any other Qualified Suppliers; /li liReceive offers from Suppliers verifying that they are in compliance with the requirements established in the Offer Request, interacting with Suppliers and involving the Technical Department for alignment; /li liRequest to the suppliers to quote alternative technical solutions whenever possible; /li liInvite the selected Suppliers to negotiate and drafts the negotiation report; /li liPrepare the tabulation, regardless of the technical analysis outcome, evaluating the right commercial conditions and comparing the actual prices with the cost estimate data and historical data; /li liPrepare the order and awarding memo, following Company procedures and including all clauses necessary to minimize risks for the Company; /li liHandle the receipt of the approval of the order; /li liDeal with the claims from and to Suppliers in compliance with the instructions received from the Local Procurement Manager and from the Total Quality; /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or equivalent through experience; /li liProven experience as Buyer in the Engineering or Industrial sector; /li liAbility to conduct market analysis collecting information on suppliers, markets and pricing analysis; /li liProficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP; /li liReliability, accuracy and passion for details are required; /li liExcellent interpersonal skills with good understanding of dynamic and challenging environments; /li liGood organization skills and time management, as well as excellent relational skills and team working capabilities, flexibility and result orientation complete the ideal profile; /li liGood Knowledge of English (writing and speaking) is mandatory; /li liKnowledge of Spanish is an added value; /li liWillingness to travel. /li /ul pWorkplace: Castellanza (VA) /p pJob ID: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
