About the Role:

* Welcome and advise local and international customers to build strong relationships and increase sales.
* Improve service quality and hospitality towards customers by acquiring extensive knowledge of product lines.
* Develop sales and achieve targets set by the commercial director through effective stock management and inventory optimization.
* Report on point of sale activity and support the achievement of overall and personal objectives by providing ongoing training and feedback to Sales Associates.

Requirements:

* Solid previous experience in a luxury business, preferably with at least 5 years of successful experience in the sector.
* Management experience and store operations knowledge are essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
* CRM experience and proficiency with relevant digital tools are required.
