You will support enterprise customers in designing, securing, operating, and modernizing identity architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.You will act as a trusted technical advisor for identity, authentication, and access control scenarios, helping customers adopt Zero Trust principles while ensuring secure and scalable access to applications, devices, and data.Key Responsibilities – Identity & Entra ID- Act as a technical authority for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) within Global Delivery engagements- Design and implement Entra ID tenant architectures aligned with security and business requirements- Support hybrid identity scenarios including Entra Connect and Cloud Sync- Design and troubleshoot Entra Join and Hybrid Join scenariosKey Responsibilities – Security & Access Control- Implement and optimize Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust identity patterns- Design and support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role-based access control (RBAC)- Diagnose authentication, authorization, and sign-in issues- Advise customers on identity governance, lifecycle management, and security postureKey Responsibilities – Operations & Troubleshooting- Investigate complex identity issues using logs, audit data, and sign-in reports- Troubleshoot authentication protocols and access flows- Support incident response and post-incident analysis for identity-related outages- Collaborate with security, endpoint, and infrastructure teams on end-to-end solutionsRequired Technical Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID- Experience with hybrid identity, synchronization, and federation concepts- Solid understanding of identity security, authentication, and authorization models- Knowledge of Azure networking fundamentals as they relate to identityPreferred Qualifications- Experience working in enterprise identity or security-focused roles- Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and identity governance- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
