Accountabilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital growth campaigns, including SEO, SEA, paid ads, and email automation.
* Manage landing pages, CTAs, and social media initiatives to drive leads and engagement.
* Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive brand representation.
* Identify bottlenecks, resolve performance issues, and make pragmatic decisions to meet growth goals.
* Maintain high standards in campaign assets, reporting, and overall execution quality.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or advertising.
* Proficiency in SEO, SEA, lead generation, campaign management, and performance optimization.
* Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Figma; familiarity with Zapier is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
* Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
