About The Role
Join our Mobile Computing R&D team as an Analog Hardware Engineer. You’ll work on innovative enterprise devices powered by Android platforms (Qualcomm, Mediatek), combining consumer design with industrial durability.
You’ll lead the development of analog and power subsystems — ensuring performance, compliance, and innovation from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Define and review analog/power architecture for embedded systems
🔸 Manage external design partners (ODMs/consultants)
🔸 Design and validate battery and power management systems
🔸 Support integration of sensors (IMUs, barometer) and audio components
🔸 Conduct feasibility studies and competitor benchmarking
🔸 Support patent ideas and technical documentation
What We’re Looking For
✔ Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering
✔ 5+ years in analog/power design for mobile or embedded systems
✔ Strong knowledge of ARM-based platforms (Qualcomm/Mediatek preferred)
✔ Experience in battery charging and power optimization (Qi wireless charging is a plus)
✔ Understanding of EMI/ESD best practices and CE/FCC standards
✔ Fluent in English (Italian a plus)
✔ Team-oriented, with good communication and cross-functional skills
✔ Available to travel internationally (up to 10%)
