Ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our Service Management Team in Pisa or Milan. You will play an important role in delivery support and maintenance of LIST services and you will contribute to the implementation process to ensure that all aspects of operability are delivered whilst ensuring that existing service levels are maintained or improved. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvides technical support/delivery capability for LIST services. /li liProvides trouble shooting on technical issues with the aim to reduce incident recovery time. /li liCollaborates and acts with releases and deployment of services. /li liMonitors LIST solutions. /li liParticipates in the analysis and design of complex solutions and requirements definition, including translating technical and business requirement into physical installations. /li liMay handle customer inquiries. /li liParticipates in activities related to IT security and cybersecurity: support recovery programs, run system analysis, identify potential issues. /li liAssist with the production of technical documentation. /li /ul h3Skills, Experience, and Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer related field preferred or equivalent combination of formal education. /li li2/3 years’ experience in a similar role. /li liGood knowledge of Linux and shell scripting. /li liProfessional knowledge of high-level protocols and IT Communication Systems. /li liClient-focus attitude. /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills. /li liAbility to prioritize and manage workload effectively. /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian languages. /li liEU Work Permit. /li liLocation: Italy (Pisa or Milan) /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with using, troubleshooting and maintaining SaaS services. /li liITIL process know-how for incident, change and problem management. /li liITIL 4 Foundation Certification preferred. /li liCybersecurity Certification preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
