Main responsibilities :
* Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to execute compelling merchandising strategies for a specific portfolio within the category.
* Select new suppliers and negotiate with them
* Plan pop-ups, events and in-store activations
* Work closely with external brand partners and internal colleagues to curate product assortments tailored to our diverse clientele and to ensure achievement of category metrics
* Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
* Monitor and compile sales, analyze and report market trends, identify and gather customer preferences to make data-driven decisions for the needs of the business
* Collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners to ensure seamless execution and accurate product, brand, and DFS representation across brand counters, animations, campaigns, and category marketing opportunities
* Embrace mentorship opportunities to foster a collaborative and innovative team and category environment
* Support ad-hoc and category improvement projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s DegreeFluency in English and Italian, French as a plus.3+ buying experience with a Divisional or Global retailer.Analytical skillsStrong communication skills, both oral and written.Goal oriented approach, multitaskingGood problem-solving skills.Function as a resourceful and proactive team member.Able to work under deadlines.Action & results oriented
